Easy Garlic Bread

This is one of my favorite as it is easy to made and tasty to eat. You can use normal bread slices or you can use loaf and cut it into slices of some good width ( the width you see in garlic bread served in restaurants ). Let's start Ingredients:- Capsicum - 1 Garlic cloves - 10 finely chopped Cheese- 1/ 2 cup grated or if u want more cheesey you can use one Chilly flakes - 1 top Oregano - 1/2 tpsp Butter for greasing  all bread slices Salt a pinch Mozzarella cheese for toppings Preparation:- Take out a bowl and add finely chopped capsicum and garlic cloves. Further add grated cheese and dry spices and herbs. If you want you can add a tpsp of butter also. Keep this mixture aside. Take out bread slices and Grease with butter. Now spread above prepared mixture on all bread slices. And topped with mozzarella cheese. Pre heat your microwave @150 degree and put in microwave for 10- 12 min. Serve hot

Bharwa Bhindi / Okra

Ingredients:- Bhindi - 250 gm Onion - 1 Tomato - 2 Green chillies - 2 Dry mango powder- 1 tpsp Red chilli powder - 1 tpsp Salt - 1/2 tpsp Coriander powder - 1 tpsp Preparation:- Wash the bhindi well and dry and clean  it with the help of a clean cloth. Slit the bhindi lengthwise. Take a bowl and add all dry spices together and filled in slitted bhindi. Take a pan and add oil. Add cumin seeds and then chopped onions. After that add a pinch of turmeric powder and tomato and green chillies puree. ( Grind tomatoes and green chillies in a mixture to make a fine paste) Once the above gravy got saute add filled bhindi to the gravy and cooked for 10 to 12 min. Check after that if Bhindi get cooked or required some more few minutes then allow it to get cooked.

Soya chunks sandwiches..

A best option of protein for vegetarian people. A high protein morning breakfast or a healthy tea time snack. INGREDIENTS: Soya chunks or soya granules - 1 cup Onion - 1 finely chopped Capsicum - 1/2 finely chopped Garlic cloves - 3 or 4 finely chopped Green chillies - 2 finely chopped Red chilli powder - a pinch Salt as per taste PREPARATION: Soaked soya chunks or granules​ in warm water until they get soft. After that squeeze off the forthy water and rinse. Repeat once again to make chunks completely dry. If you are using chunks then you have to grind with help of a hand blender or a mixture grinder to make in form of granules but after soaking  and squeezing only. Heat butter or oil in a wok and add garlic cloves once oil gets heated. Then add onion and green chillies and capsicum. Saute for 2 or 3 minutes and finally add soya granules . Now mix all the dry spices with soya granules and heat for few more minutes. Now fill the above prepared mixture in breads...

Penne Pasta in white sauce

Today i am sharing recipe of Pasta in home made white sauce.  I hope it will be liked by you all INGREDIENTS  :- For Pasta Penne pasta or your choice of pasta - 1 bowl capsicum - 1/2 carrot - 1 small one Brocolli - 1/4 bowl Tomato - 1 Onion - 1 Garlic - 3 to 4 cloves butter Processed cheese Chilly flakes as per taste Salt as per taste Orgeno as per taste or 1 /4 tpsp Parsley as per taste or 1/4 tpsp For White Sauce Butter - 2 tpsp Milk - 1 small cup Garlic cloves - 5 or 6 Black pepper - 1/2 tpsp crushed All purpose flour - 1 tbsp salt - a pinch WHITE SAUCE PREPRATION:- Heat butter in a pan and add finely chopped garlic cloves. After that add 1 tbsp of all purpose flour and saute it for 2 minutes and add salt and crushed black pepper. Beet Root Raita

Beet Root or Chakundar... A very healthy vegetable to eat with many new experiments.. Here is the one INGREDIENTS:- Beet Root - 2 Green chiiles -2 Cumin seeds - a pinch Black salt as per taste Curd - 1 n half cup PROCESS- Heat 1 tpsp oil or ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds and saute. After that add grated beetroot and saute it 4 to 5 minutes. Take out this in a bowl and allow it to cool. Then add curd 1 and half cup, black salt and finely chopped green chillies. Serve with lunch or like the way you love to eat. TIP- if you like to add you can add red chilli powder for make it less Sweet.

Sprouts Bhel

Healthy way of eating... I soaked moth beans for making sprouts but it doesn't came out so well..so I tried a new recipe.. INGREDIENTS:- Soaked moth daal- 1 cup Chopped tomatoes - 1 Chopped onion - 1 Green chillies - 1 or 2 Coriander leaves Lime juice Peanuts - 10 or 12 Namkeen ( if u want more spicy) Puffed Rice - 2 cups Red chilli and salt as per taste Cumin seeds - a pinch PROCESS:- Heat oil in pan and add cumin seeds. After that add soaked daal, salt and red chilli. Saute for 5 to 7 minutes till all the water in daal evaporate perfectly. Now take a bowl and add above prepared daal. Keep it aside for few minutes to getting it cool. Once it get cool down add chopped onion, tomato, green chillies, coriander leaves , Peanuts and lime juice. Mix it well. In last add puffed Rice and any kind of namkeen to make it more spicy. Serve immediately otw it gets soggy. Have a helathy eating....

Arbi or Taro Root Cutlets/ Sandwiches

This recipe is come out as an innovation to me. I boiled arbi for making dry sabzi but it get over boiled and then it comes out at as Arbi cutlets.   INGREDIENTS:- Arbi - 250 gm Carom or Ajwain seeds - 1 tpsp Dry coriander powder - 1 tpsp Red chilli - 1/2 tpsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tpsp Dry Mango Powder- 1/2 tpsp Salt as per taste Garam masala ( if you want to add for make it more spicy​) Chopped green chillies - 3 or 4 Chopped coriander for garnish Bread slices - 4  PROCESS:- Wash the arbi and boiled it for two whistles in a pressure cooker without peeling it off. After it get boiled peeled it off and mash it properly. In a pan add 2 tpsp refined oil , once oil get heat add carom seeds and after that all above mentioned spices. At last add mashed arbi and chopped green chillies and saute it for few minutes. Now take the bread slices and cut out it's corner with the help of a knife. Now take a single slice and cut it i...
