Soya chunks sandwiches..

A best option of protein for vegetarian people. A high protein morning breakfast or a healthy tea time snack.


INGREDIENTS:

Soya chunks or soya granules - 1 cup
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Capsicum - 1/2 finely chopped
Garlic cloves - 3 or 4 finely chopped
Green chillies - 2 finely chopped
Red chilli powder - a pinch
Salt as per taste


PREPARATION:

Soaked soya chunks or granules​ in warm water until they get soft. After that squeeze off the forthy water and rinse. Repeat once again to make chunks completely dry. If you are using chunks then you have to grind with help of a hand blender or a mixture grinder to make in form of granules but after soaking  and squeezing only.

Heat butter or oil in a wok and add garlic cloves once oil gets heated. Then add onion and green chillies and capsicum. Saute for 2 or 3 minutes and finally add soya granules . Now mix all the dry spices with soya granules and heat for few more minutes.

Now fill the above prepared mixture in breads and with the help of sandwich maker make sandwich or you can make tawa fry sandwich also.
