Sprouts Bhel

Healthy way of eating... I soaked moth beans for making sprouts but it doesn't came out so well..so I tried a new recipe..

INGREDIENTS:-

Soaked moth daal- 1 cup
Chopped tomatoes - 1
Chopped onion - 1
Green chillies - 1 or 2
Coriander leaves
Lime juice
Peanuts - 10 or 12
Namkeen ( if u want more spicy)
Puffed Rice - 2 cups
Red chilli and salt as per taste
Cumin seeds - a pinch


PROCESS:-

Heat oil in pan and add cumin seeds. After that add soaked daal, salt and red chilli.
Saute for 5 to 7 minutes till all the water in daal evaporate perfectly.

Now take a bowl and add above prepared daal. Keep it aside for few minutes to getting it cool. Once it get cool down add chopped onion, tomato, green chillies, coriander leaves , Peanuts and lime juice. Mix it well. In last add puffed Rice and any kind of namkeen to make it more spicy.
Serve immediately otw it gets soggy.
