Rasgulla Pudding..

When you have rasgulla in your fridge and you wanna try something new... Then here is recipe for you.. Ingredients:- Rasgulla - 6 pieces Custard :- vanilla flavor 1 small bowl Vanilla ice cream- 1 small bowl Saffron - a pinch Dry fruits of choice  Cherry  Preparation:-  Take a small glass and add rasgulla in base ( half cut rasgulla) then pour some custard on it . Then again add other half of rasgulla and pour some Custard. Add dry fruits in between layers. Top it with vanilla ice cream and dry cherries.

Almond Pistachio Cookies

Ingredients:- Almond - 1/4 cup Pistachio - 1 tpsp Sugar - 1/2 cup Butter- 1/2 cup All purpose flour - 1 cup Preparation:_ # Beat butter and sugar untill it gets fluffy. # Grind almond and pistachio in a grinder. # Add APF to butter and sugar mixture with almond and pistachio powder also. All this mixture​ come out in a form of soft dough. Don't knead it . # Now make small round balls from the dough and thumb press in middle for decorating it with almonds. # Pre heat the oven in convection mode @ 180°c and bake cookies for 10 - 12 minutes.

Naan Khatai Biscuits..

This recipe is very easy one and a perfect partner for evening​ tea. Easy to bake .. INGREDIENTS:- All purpose flour/ Maida - 1/2 cup Semolina/ Suji - 1/4 cup Gram Flour / Beasn- 1/4 cup Butter - half cup Sugar - half cup Baking powder - a pinch PREPARATION:- Mix besan, Maida, Suji n baking powder. Sieve twice. Take a bowl and mix sugar and butter together for 5 min for a smooth consistency. Now add all the above prepared mixture to the butter and sugar mixture. Make a soft dough and keep for 5 min. Now make small round flat balls of dough and keep on baking tray . Grease the baking tray with butter or ghee. Preheat the oven @180 degree and bake for 15 -17 min till comes out golden brown. If you want more golden brown then bake for 1 minute more as I prefer more golden brown.

Baingan Bharta/ Brinjal / Eggplant

Baingan Bharta is mostly served in North India with Chapatis. Being a Punjabi this is my favorite and I cooked this in Punjabi style that is bit spicy but tasty Ingredients:- Brinjal - 1 Onion - 1 finely chopped Tomato - 2 finely chopped Green chiiles - 2 finely choppedand Garlic - 7 to 8 cloves finely chopped Ginger - 1 tpsp finely chopped Turmeric powder - half small tpsp Red chilli powder - as per your taste Salt as per taste Coriander powder - 1/2 tpsp Cumin seeds -  a pinch Coriander seeds - a pinch Preparation:- Roast a Brinjal on a open flame on a gas stove or roast in a microwave. Before roasting apply oil on a Brinjal so that it is easy to peel there after. After roasting the Brinjal,  once it get come to normal temperature peel it off and mash it . Keep aside mashed Brinjal for later use. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin and coriander seeds. After that add garlic and ginger . Now add chopped onion and saute it till golden brown color appears. Easy Garlic Bread

This is one of my favorite as it is easy to made and tasty to eat. You can use normal bread slices or you can use loaf and cut it into slices of some good width ( the width you see in garlic bread served in restaurants ). Let's start Ingredients:- Capsicum - 1 Garlic cloves - 10 finely chopped Cheese- 1/ 2 cup grated or if u want more cheesey you can use one Chilly flakes - 1 top Oregano - 1/2 tpsp Butter for greasing  all bread slices Salt a pinch Mozzarella cheese for toppings Preparation:- Take out a bowl and add finely chopped capsicum and garlic cloves. Further add grated cheese and dry spices and herbs. If you want you can add a tpsp of butter also. Keep this mixture aside. Take out bread slices and Grease with butter. Now spread above prepared mixture on all bread slices. And topped with mozzarella cheese. Pre heat your microwave @150 degree and put in microwave for 10- 12 min. Serve hot

Bharwa Bhindi / Okra

Ingredients:- Bhindi - 250 gm Onion - 1 Tomato - 2 Green chillies - 2 Dry mango powder- 1 tpsp Red chilli powder - 1 tpsp Salt - 1/2 tpsp Coriander powder - 1 tpsp Preparation:- Wash the bhindi well and dry and clean  it with the help of a clean cloth. Slit the bhindi lengthwise. Take a bowl and add all dry spices together and filled in slitted bhindi. Take a pan and add oil. Add cumin seeds and then chopped onions. After that add a pinch of turmeric powder and tomato and green chillies puree. ( Grind tomatoes and green chillies in a mixture to make a fine paste) Once the above gravy got saute add filled bhindi to the gravy and cooked for 10 to 12 min. Check after that if Bhindi get cooked or required some more few minutes then allow it to get cooked.

Soya chunks sandwiches..

A best option of protein for vegetarian people. A high protein morning breakfast or a healthy tea time snack. INGREDIENTS: Soya chunks or soya granules - 1 cup Onion - 1 finely chopped Capsicum - 1/2 finely chopped Garlic cloves - 3 or 4 finely chopped Green chillies - 2 finely chopped Red chilli powder - a pinch Salt as per taste PREPARATION: Soaked soya chunks or granules​ in warm water until they get soft. After that squeeze off the forthy water and rinse. Repeat once again to make chunks completely dry. If you are using chunks then you have to grind with help of a hand blender or a mixture grinder to make in form of granules but after soaking  and squeezing only. Heat butter or oil in a wok and add garlic cloves once oil gets heated. Then add onion and green chillies and capsicum. Saute for 2 or 3 minutes and finally add soya granules . Now mix all the dry spices with soya granules and heat for few more minutes. Now fill the above prepared mixture in breads and

Penne Pasta in white sauce

Today i am sharing recipe of Pasta in home made white sauce.  I hope it will be liked by you all INGREDIENTS  :- For Pasta Penne pasta or your choice of pasta - 1 bowl capsicum - 1/2 carrot - 1 small one Brocolli - 1/4 bowl Tomato - 1 Onion - 1 Garlic - 3 to 4 cloves butter Processed cheese Chilly flakes as per taste Salt as per taste Orgeno as per taste or 1 /4 tpsp Parsley as per taste or 1/4 tpsp For White Sauce Butter - 2 tpsp Milk - 1 small cup Garlic cloves - 5 or 6 Black pepper - 1/2 tpsp crushed All purpose flour - 1 tbsp salt - a pinch WHITE SAUCE PREPRATION:- Heat butter in a pan and add finely chopped garlic cloves. After that add 1 tbsp of all purpose flour and saute it for 2 minutes and add salt and crushed black pepper. Keep the stove on minimum flame and start adding milk by continously stirring so that no lumps will form in sauce. If somehow lumps form then stir it for a fine consistency sauce.
