Homemade Dark Choclates with Nuts

Today iam sharing my Homemade choclates recipe with nuts. This is an easy recipe and tasty too. You can made choclates at home for gifting purpose or for yourself.

INGREDIENTS:-

Dark Choclate Slab - 1 cup ( you can grate the choclates) these slabs alreay have added sugar to it.
Butter ( i have used amul butter) - 2 tpsp
Nuts ( Almond, Pistacho, Walnut,, as per your choice)
Milk - 3/4 cup ( add more milk if you prefer some mild taste of choclate)
Choclate Moulds ( i prefered silicon moulds)



PROCESS;-

In a double boiler ( you can take a big utensul and filled it half with water and now put an other utensil in the first utensil) that is on the utensil you keep above, add grated chochlate and heat it until it come to a molten state. After that add butter and milk and mix well all the three ingredients. Now turn off your stove and please notice tha choclate not get burnt. So its advisable to do all this process on a low flame.
Now place your moulds and add chopped dry fruits to the moulds. If you want you can add the dry fruit as a whole also and as per your taste you can add the one type nut to a single choclate or different typer of nuts to a single choclate. After placing dry fruit to a every singke mould of the chocloalte tray now start adding moltern choclate to the moulds.
The other method is to add fill the mould with choclate to half then add nuts and at alst again add molten choclate to the mould.
Now freeze the moulds at least for 2-3 hr or more. When choclates come out perfectly freeze the demould it and wrap in choclate wraping sheets. And if sheets are not available with you then you can wrap in aluminium foil and wrap in a decorative paper for gifting purpose.
