Coconut Cookies ( Eggless)

Mouth melting homemade coconut cookies, easy to make and tasty to eat.

INGREDIEANTS:-

All Purpose Flour - 1 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Butter- 1/2 cup
Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
Baking Powder - a pinch

PROCESS -

  • Take butter and sugar in a bowl and beat it till a white fluffy consistency come out. ( You can beat with the help of a egg beater or a hand beater). Keep this mixture aside.

  • Now sieve flour and baking soda together twice or thrice.

  • After that start adding flour and bakin powder mixture to the butter and sugar mixture by cut and fold method. Also start adding grated cocunt. This mixture comes out to the form of a very soft dough. ( you can also add some tpsp of milk if ypu feel dough id bit hard.

  • At lasst grease ypur baking tray with butter or can use butter paper. Make small balls of the above prepared dough and bake for at leat 17 min. or check it after 15 min and if you feel it take some more time to come out ao a color of golden brown then increase the time by 4 or 5 minutes more. 
TIP; - You can turn your cookies after 14 min to other side in the baking tray and continue baking till it became golden brown from above side also. PREHEAT YOUR OVEN at 180 degree.
